The primary focus of fall is to get prepared for the upcoming ski season.
We do this through a combination of Trampoline Training, Dryland Training, Air Bag Training at WinSport in Calgary or Proline in Cochrane and on-snow pre-season training.
It’s important to maintain our air awareness skills developed throughout the summer, so that when we hit the snow we are ready to spin & flip.
Dryland training programs help improve fitness levels so that athletes are strong & confident on snow.
Dates and Details will follow early Summer. We are looking at heading to Maxmise Air Bag Quebec, Proline Cochrane AB and Winsport AB as well as running trampoline and fitness weekly programs.
